Shipping Policy

Ferennials usually ships within 1 day of order receipt for products already in stock (except for weekends and public holidays ). If the product needs to be made or is a special product made to order, it may take up to 3 days to be shipped; however, you will be notified in advance if this is the case.

 

Ferennials uses:

 

Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK at a capped rate of £3.99 for standard delivery

(arrives within 2 - 3 working days)

Evri within the UK at a capped rate of £4.99 for Express delivery

(arrives within 1 working day)

Royal Mail International is used for deliveries to EU & Europe at a capped rate of £5.99 (5 to 8 working days)

and for deliveries to the rest of the world at a capped rate of £7.99 (10 to 30 working days) International Mail: All items are sent Tracked as standard.
