How to Order

Online, Ferennials accepts online credit/debit card payments or payment via Paypal. These are secure online checkouts where your details are encrypted during the transaction. No surcharge is made for payment by credit or debit card.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item, please return it unused within 14 working days and we will refund the price. Please contact Ferennials by email (info@ferennials.com) in advance. Ferennials doesn't pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. Ferennials recommends that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by Ferennials. Your statutory rights are not affected. The item must still be in mint, resaleable condition. Special or bespoke orders are not eligible for a refund. Ferennials reserves the right to charge any delivery costs incurred by Ferennials.
